The new Professor Optiken Karwendel 8x26 pocket binoculars are the ideal companion for all kinds of events and leisure activities, on holiday trips and hikes or for nature and birdwatching. But the Karwendel is also very suitable for hunting applications, for example as inexpensive stalking binoculars. Despite the robust aluminium housing, the Karwendel 8x26 only weighs 317 grams. This means that the binoculars are not only extremely light, but also so compact that they fit into almost any pocket, no matter how small.

The optics have an elaborate phase coating, fully coated lenses and are equipped with roof edge prisms made of barium crown glass (BaK-4). As a result, the Karwendel 8x26 not only impresses with its high light transmission values, but also with its high-contrast, true-colour, high-resolution and sharp-edged image reproduction. The mechanism of the binoculars impresses with very fine adjustment of the image. The compact Karwendel and enables rapid focus adjustment right into the close-up range. The field of view of the Karwendel 8x26 is a very solid 121 metres. The micro bridge ensures that the binoculars are easy to grip and comfortable to hold.

The eyecups of the Nürburg series have a Z-lock and therefore an additional centre position. The green rubber armouring is not only particularly non-slip, but also particularly robust. The Karwendel 8x26 is filled with nitrogen and is absolutely waterproof. A nano-coating also ensures that the lenses do not fog up. Like all binoculars from Professor Optiken, the Karwendel 8x26 also has a tripod connection.
