Wir versenden Deine Bestellung mit DHL, DPD oder UPS Express innerhalb von ganz Europa. Beachte jedoch, dass nicht alle Versanddienstleister für alle Länder verfügbar sind. Gerne kannst Du auch eine Packstation oder einen PaketShop als Zustellort angeben.

Deutschland / Österreich
Ab einem Bestellwert von 150,00 Euro liefern wir Deine Bestellung versandkostenfrei nach Deutschland und Österreich.
Die Versandkosten unterhalb des Bestellwertes von 150,00 Euro betragen 6,90 € für Deutschland bzw. 15,90 € für Österreich für den Versand mit DHL. Eine Lieferung per Nachnahme ist nur noch mit DHL möglich, die Gebühren dafür betragen aktuell 6,90 € zzgl. eines Übermittlungsentgeltes durch den Versanddienstleister.
Die Versandkosten unterhalb des Bestellwertes von 150,00 Euro betragen 5,90 € für Deutschland bzw. 8,90 € für Österreich für den Versand mit DPD.
Den Versand mit UPS Express bieten wir aktuell nur für Bestellung innerhalb Deutschlands an. Die Versandkosten dafür betragen 17,90 Euro, wobei wir diesen Versandservice ab einem Bestellwert von 750,00 Euro kostenfrei anbieten. -
Europa
Der Versand innerhalb von Europa erfolgt derzeit ausschließlich mit DHL. Die unterschiedlichen Länder haben wir in drei Zonen zusammengefasst.
Europa Zone 1: Die Zone 1 umfasst die folgenden Länder: Belgien, Dänemark, Frankreich, Luxemburg, Monaco, Niederlande, Polen und Tschechien. Der Versandkosten in diese Länder betragen 19,90 Euro, wobei wir diesen Versandservice ab einem Bestellwert von 350,00 Euro kostenfrei anbieten.
Europa Zone 2: Die Zone 2 umfasst die folgenden Länder: Andorra, Italien, San Marino, Schweden, Slowakei, Slowenien, Spanien und Ungarn. Der Versandkosten in diese Länder betragen 24,90 Euro, wobei wir diesen Versandservice ab einem Bestellwert von 500,00 Euro kostenfrei anbieten.
Europa Zone 3: Die Zone 3 umfasst die folgenden Länder: Bulgarien, Estland, Finnland, Griechenland, Großbritanien, Irland, Kroatien, Lettland, Litauen, Malta, Portugal, Rumänien, Zypern sowie Liechtenstein und die Schweiz. Der Versandkosten in diese Länder betragen 29,90 Euro, wobei wir diesen Versandservice ab einem Bestellwert von 750,00 Euro kostenfrei anbieten.
Lieferbedingungen
Nach Zahlungseingang wird die Ware sofort, spätestens innerhalb der nächsten ein bis zwei Werktage versandt. Sollte der Versand in Ausnahmen später erfolgen können, informieren wir Dich entsprechend. Die Lieferung erfolgt auf unser Risiko bis zu der von Dir angegebenen Lieferadresse. Sollte die Ware aus einem Grund, der nicht von uns zu verantworten ist, nicht zugestellt werden können (z.B. benachrichtigte Sendungen werden nicht abgeholt) gilt die Ware als ordnungsgemäß ausgeliefert. Maßgeblich hierfür sind die Nachweise unserer Versanddienstleister. Die Kosten der Rücksendung sowie zusätzliche Versandkosten einer erneuten Zusendung müssen dann von Dir getragen werden.

Germany / Austria
From an order value of 150,00 Euro we deliver your order free of shipping costs to Germany and Austria.
The shipping costs below the order value of 150,00 Euro are 6,90 € for Germany and 15,90 € for Austria for the shipping with DHL. A delivery by cash on delivery is only possible with DHL, the fees for this are currently 6.90 € plus a transmission fee by the shipping service provider.
The shipping costs below the order value of 150,00 € are 5,90 € for Germany and 8,90 € for Austria for shipping with DPD.
We currently offer shipping with UPS Express only for orders within Germany. The shipping costs for this are €17.90. We offer this shipping service free of charge for orders over €750.00.

Europe
Shipping within Europe is currently done exclusively with DHL. We have grouped the different countries into three zones.
Europe Zone 1: Zone 1 includes the following countries: Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland and Czech Republic. The shipping cost to these countries is 19,90 Euro. We offer this shipping service free of charge for orders over 350,00 Euro.
Europe Zone 2: Zone 2 includes the following countries: Andorra, Italy, San Marino, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Hungary. The shipping cost to these countries is 24,90 Euro. We offer this shipping service free of charge for orders over 500,00 Euro.
Europe Zone 3: Zone 3 includes the following countries: Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Great Britain, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Cyprus, Liechtenstein and Switzerland. The shipping cost to these countries is 29,90 Euro. We offer this shipping service free of charge for orders over 750,00 Euro.
Terms of delivery
After the payment has been received, the goods will be dispatched immediately, at the latest within the next 1 to 2 working days. If the shipment will be delayed in exceptional cases, we will inform you accordingly. Delivery takes place at our risk up to the delivery address you specified. If the goods could not be delivered for a reason for which we are not responsible (e.g. notified shipments will not be picked up), the goods are deemed to be properly delivered. Our shipping providers allocate the verification for the proper delivery. In this case, you must bear the costs of the return and the additional shipping costs for a new delivery.
Costs for returns
The cost of returns within the 14-day period (in the course of the right of withdrawal) is borne by you as the buyer.
