With the new thermal imaging camera HIKMICRO FALCON FQ25 HIKMICRO sets a clear example on the market. The thermal imaging camera is equipped with the latest VOx detector which has a resolution of 640 x 512 pixels with a pixel pitch of 12 µm. The sensitivity of the detector detects temperature differences as low as ≤ 20 mK (NETD) and is thus significantly more sensitive than many detectors of other devices. The thermal image is displayed on a high-resolution OLED display (1024 x 768 pixels). The FALCON has a newly developed image processing algorithm - Image Pro - for optimal digital image optimisation depending on the purpose of observation. In this way, both the target objects and the background are displayed in high resolution.
The FQ25 from HIKMICRO is also equipped with numerous features: WLAN, video recording function, stadiametric distance measurement and hot spot tracking ensure a successful overall package. The FALCON FQ25 has a replaceable battery. The device is operated with a removable battery cell that is included in the delivery. However, commercially available 18650 batteries can be used. With the rechargeable battery, continuous operation of approx. 7 hours is possible. Alternatively, the camera can be charged or operated via a commercially available powerbank and a USB-C cable.
