The HIKMICRO Thunder TH35PC 2.0 Clip-On is the revised version of the popular TH35PC. Compared to its predecessor, the thermal imaging camera has a permanently installed collimator on an M52 thread. This means that a reducing ring is no longer necessary. The magnesium housing of the thermal imaging device is compact and robust.
The very good image quality that is usual from HIKMICRO is achieved by the new 384 x 288 pixel VOx sensor in collaboration with a 35 mm objective lens (pixel pitch from 12 µm) and a sensitivity of < 20 mK generated. The thermal image is displayed on an OLED HD display (resolution: 1,024 x 768 pixels). There are four color palettes to choose from: red, white, black and full color. The image can be focused manually, for which an overhead focus wheel is now installed.
In addition to the usual functions, such as the WLAN hotspot function and a photo and video recording function, the Thunder 2.0 recoil-controlled video storage. This means that the device continuously records a video. As soon as a shot is fired, the device stores the 7 seconds before and 7 seconds after the shot. This means that every shot is recorded. With these recordings you can then narrow down any possible search. In addition, the attachment now offers up to 5 storage locations for correction profiles. So it can easily be used on multiple optics.
The Hikmicro Thunder TH35PC 2.0 features now has a new battery changing system. The device is powered by a Li-Ion battery pack. The scope of delivery includes two battery packs, each with a capacity of 4000 mAh. Alternatively, the camera can be charged or operated using a standard power bank and a USB-C cable. These allow the device to be used for up to 6.5 hours per battery. So you are well equipped. In addition, the usability has been revised. The device has freely programmable buttons and a freely programmable speed selection button.
