product information
The Professor Optiken Westerwald LEM 50 thermal imager features a new powerful VOx detector, which in combination with the 50 mm manually focusable objective lens allows a detection range of up to 2,500 meters. The thermal imaging camera is similar in design to a camcorder and fits very comfortably in the hand (suitable for right- and left-handers). This makes the Westerwald LEM 50 a perfect companion for users who are looking for a compact and powerful device for very large hunting grounds and observation at long distances.
The VOx detector of the LEM 50 has 384 x 288 pixels and a pixel pitch of 17 µm. For the display of the thermal image, an OLED color display with 1,024x768 pixels is installed. This is sufficiently large to also recognize details when observing and responding. The image transmission is absolutely smooth thanks to the 50 Hertz frame rate. The thermal imager is equipped with a 3.9x optical zoom and a 4x digital zoom, whereby the lens focus can be adjusted manually. In addition, the thermal imager has an integrated laser rangefinder with a range of up to 1000 meters. It has a measuring accuracy of ± 1 meter. So you can use the LEM 50 to quickly and easily determine the distance of observed objects.
Of course, the thermal imager has the standard viewing modes with which the heat sources can be displayed - black, white and full color. In addition, the thermal imager has red and green modes, as well as a hot spot display. The video image can be transmitted and recorded to Android or IOS devices (app) using the WiFi function (range = 50 m) or to suitable end devices using the USB cable supplied. In addition, the Westerwald LEM 50 has an integrated memory of 32 GB, which offers enough space for your photos and video recordings.
The Professor Optiken Westerwald LEM 50 thermal imaging camera is robustly manufactured, waterproof and protected against dust (IP protection class: IP 67). The thermal imaging lens has a ¼ inch tripod mount. The integrated lithium-ion battery has a runtime of up to 8 hours and can be conveniently charged with the included USB cable.
