This flavoring adds aromas to the meat that are achieved by slow cooking, aging and maturing (so-called hanging) and is described as hearty and complex.

dosage: The spice mixture consists mainly of coarsely ground or unground ingredients. This ensures better encapsulation of the essential oils and flavor components.
