The new Infiray Xeye E3 Plus V2 is the completely revised second generation of the popular 25 thermal imaging camera. In addition to the newly developed 12 µm sensor, the new Xeye is also equipped with new software, which results in significantly lower power consumption. The thermal imager is designed for long distances of up to 1300 m and delivers a razor-sharp image.

The thermal imaging camera is equipped with a new ceramic-encapsulated VOx detector (12 µm pitch) with a resolution of 384 x 288 pixels. This sensor is not only lighter, more power efficient and longer lasting, it also enables highly detailed thermal images and also shows excellent performance in the critical temperature range. For the display, a high-resolution LCOS display (resolution 1280 x 960 pixels) is installed, which shows razor-sharp images and high-contrast colors.

In keeping with its class, the new E3 Plus V2 has a comprehensive range of features: functions such as WLAN hotspot function, stadiametric distance measurement, hot-target tracking, image and video recording function and 5 color palettes give the camera market-leading characteristics. An 8.5-hour operating time is achievable with the integrated battery. This can also be extended by turning the screen dark (automatically or manually). This stand-by function proves to be an advantage especially when setting off from the eye - one is not detected by nearby game. A short press on the power button makes the camera immediately ready for operation again.
